Hi @Dove a fast shutter speed on the Manual mode and a higher ISO Setting should stop the water if you have enough light or even possibly set the dial to the Sports one (usually an icon of someone running) , personally I like the slower shutter speed which gives the smooth look like in @straydingo 's pic on the first page
Hi @Dove ... @Capt. Gadget is spot on. Personally I like using a low ISO, set the camera to aperture setting and take several photo's at different settings.
Thanks for the tips, I have book marked the link. I have had a Nikon D3000 for a couple of years but really only used Auto and Landscape modes. Recently started to look closer at how it works.
