So I have decided to utilise the Eaz Lift WDH for our next trip but have hit a snag.
Seems once all connected up the chain does not reach the car anchor points by about 3 oto 4 links each.
I have been to Bunnings, a couple of steel places and tried the local Caravan places to no avail.

Question is, does anyone know in Newcastle area where can I get this chain from?

I had to add another shackle to each chain so they would reach and have enough slack for turning, if you need chain try Blackwoods or crane lifting supplies as I assume they need to be load rated.

Just checking that you are connecting the WDH while you have the jockey wheel wound down.
The higher you lift the car and van with the jockey wheel, the more slack you have in your chain.

Know this is quite an old thread but have also picked up the same WDS and found exactly the same problem.
Just picked up some new chain today correctly rated and going to get a certified welder to put it on.
