Its time to change the name of this thread navaras so good i got rid of it
the Navara was mighty unit, and it had its day in the sun. The 5 year eventually had to come around at some point. Should i mention how bloody close you came to having one ???Its time to change the name of this thread navaras so good i got rid of it
Au contraire, i suspect the brand mattered substantially. There would not nearly be as much value in my buying a Nissan, or more particularly another Navara. But its not like ive been very vocal on car brands in the past, ive kept my opinions pretty quiet i thought.Ah @Crusty181 I for one am so glad you bought a new vehicle, I don't think it would matter what brand it was we would all still take the p!ss and have a laugh
My cruiser is 21. Need it to run another 21 before I can get a new one.Hope my car dosnt have a life span of 5 years hang on its allready 5 and prado much older a prado was at CMI Toyota in Adelaide with 1 million ks on it life span well over 5 years
By all account the propaganda machine at Toyota have hit a home run, and the hordes are climbing all over the Access Finance deal, silly buggers.Ha, thats what I was thinking when I read about the great deal they were offering ................................ just a normal Lease offer but with "Bling " of a fancy Toyota slogan.
On my recent sojourn from Yarrawonga to SA, I got to see what its like to drive a Cruiser again but with the comfort of my Holden, a bluddy big head wind meant I was burning fuel like a Cruiser with the need for a wheel barrow of cash at each refuel point......................thankfully the home run I had a tail wind so only needed a small ice cream container to hold the cash for fuel...............
I will be like a Royal visit, so I expect all the trimmings and youll be wearing your uniform for a parade (quick tip, your shoes will not be spit polished to anywhere near my satisfaction, Ill guarantee that. So bring a toothbrush and some potatoes, you'll need them)So basically oh Crusty Con we have weeks and weeks and weeks to stir the hell out of you before you start crowing about the great Tojo you will be getting after Xmas .................................... Ive ordered the beach to be réstored in time for your QLD Safari Tour, @DRW and i are looking forward to you coming up here ......The Holden and The Jeep have new snatch straps at the ready..........................oh enough for today my jaw is aching from the big grin I have............
PS: Do you want blue bottles with the sand ?????
Its safe to say you two hecklers will need to keep those snatch straps handy to stop the Troopy from accidentally moving the local beach a few km's further up the coast ... with you along with it
Glad to see that you both know that you will need recovering by the far superior Toyota.@DRW and i are looking forward to you coming up here ......The Holden and The Jeep have new snatch straps at the ready..........................
True Landcruiser brethren, coming in like your crazy drunken cousin throwing haymakers over the top of you. Youve got my back Cracka, who knew it would only take a change of vehicle.Glad to see that you both know that you will need recovering by the far superior Toyota.
No photos, didnt happenI have pics of a Cruiser being pulled out of a ditch by a 2 stroke Suzuki...( too the yells from the horrified driver, Not The Zook No Cameras,of course we ignored him... Time to dig into the archives, funny I drove a proper Nissan then, a G60.
NZ, Jeep, Prado, Hilux ?? Nothing good comes from this story. bwaaaahaaaaActually have real, not fake photos !! of my 2012 Grand Cherokee diesel Overland with electronic fr/rear diff locks pulling a near new Prado and new Hilux out of a beach launching boat ramp in NZ. Prado was stuck with rear axles in the water,Hilux got stuck trying to pull it out.
Only a Cruiser owner has the right to pi55 take another cruiser owner.True Landcruiser brethren, coming in like your crazy drunken cousin throwing haymakers over the top of you. Youve got my back Cracka, who knew it would only take a change of vehicle.
