Yeah, i only pull it out 2 thirds from either side. A bbq on top is ok, just need to watch the weight.X 3 on the drawer. My boot is a jumbled mess of bits and pieces.
So when it is fully extended like in the picks, What is stopping the it from dropping down?
I think I just answered my own question. It not "fully extended, right? Only 2 thirds? works for me!
What I would like to do is use the top of the drawer as a bench that I could sit the webber, or my gas burner on. Saves having an extra table or stand.
the draw is 2150 long, 315 wide and 215 high.
Rollers underneath are shed door rollers upside down, and tack welded so they don't swivel. They are the ones that measure around 35mm diameter wheels and 85mm in length.
The track is roller door stuff measuring 35mm wide and 45mm high screwed to the bottom of the boot. (carefull the heads don't foul on the rollers).
I just have a short length of pine cut to length on each side to stop the draw banging into the boot door.
Rockhorse.
