Managed to get the other 2 lights in over the smaller dinette today. This is long overdue as it is very dark under the bunk bed.

Hey Relgate - did you go with the narrow beam (30 degree spread P/No. 87646) or the wide beam (100 degree spread - P/No. 87644) lights?

Been a while since I posted about my van

Latest is that the van goes in for all the warranty work that I have 'accumulated' over the last 10 months.
Most of the issues are minor but I will be pushing to have the front mattress replaced.

I'll keep you all posted.

Quick update.
Van is still in the shop. Apparently waiting on parts. I asked about the mattress, they said they are still waiting to hear back from Jayco.....

The van is still in for warranty! I'm beginning to miss her.
Apparently waiting for a new table to come up from Melbourne...

You'd think so. I sent them a detailed list with pictures weeks before.
I must say they are very nice to deal with.

Hey relgate, can you just confirm what the issue with the mattress is?

We have found that there is a significant difference in height and density between the 2 main sections. We also noticed that there was a fall from one end to the other even when the van was level.

I reckon they have it sorted now. We tested some mattresses at the Sydney Show in April and they were all perfect. I think we got a bad batch. Just my theory.

This one will be hard to assess until you sleep on the mattress for a night or so.

They are waiting on a table replacement and a kitchen sink tap to come up from Melbourne.
Other than that I think it is good to go.
