well mine needs a paint on the inside where it has been sandblasted from dirt roads, maybe I could get one cheaper than a can of spraypaint??

Made out of 2 pieces of flat bent into u shapes and welded together to make 120 sq tube, you can only buy 100mm sq tube off the shelf and was a bit small for what I wanted, bent folded door , weld other end closed, etc couple of 40mm sq tube welded on to go under van into original holders, sent to pwr coaters. Purchased lock from jayco, reflectors sticker etc.
All materials, lock etc powder coating, if you added welding and bending get ready to part with 450 ish .

Very smart Colin&Sue, just need to work out where I can mount on front. Already have gal bar carrying spare.
I had an alluminium box made to fit in the 100 mm gap between the body and A frame at the front.
