I was short of $$ so used a 40amp maxi blade fuse and holder, like a normal blade fuse on steroids, it is big fuse , about 35mm wide and the holder has 8B&S cable.............
Thanks @Drover I guess 20amp (pin #2) and 30amp (pin #9) would mean I should go for a 50amp fuse according to Jayco wiring. Was just curious if the upgraded thicker fridge wiring on the van made any difference to what I should use.
As Drover has mentioned running your own cables at 8B&S to allow for current loss I also used two relays as I switch my
ESC Anderson plug with 30A fuse via a 30amp relay on ignition on.
Caravan Fridge Anderson plug 30A via a 70amp relay on ignition on, reason for 70amp as at ignition on and fridge current draw at this point is high.
putting your fuses as close to your tow vehicle battery as possible.
I have also attached jayco tow vehicle 12 pin plug requirements
