Have a look at some reviews for 12v kettles some say 30 mins to boil and high amp draw..
Still do a Thermos of coffee for the road if I am not stopping for some.
Free camping I have a stove and a kettle which I have not used as yet
We've got a kitchen in our van .... pot on the stove seems to produce the goods. I could have a shower, cook a roast and watch some Foxtel whilst I wait for that 12v kettle boil. :p
