Good work, I could never figure out why they run the mains through the wall then back under the floor, alot of other manufactures have under floor connection. how did you plug the original holes?

well i havent plugged the hole from the outside wall yet as its work in progress, i took all the clear water hoses off the van, (filler and feed), to clean as they had algae inside, so used domestos and a rag tied to rope and dragged through several times then rinsed off.
all fittings cleaned, tanks removed and chlorine solution left in overnight then rinsed out several times.
i havent yet worked out how to plug the wall plate hole (havent thought about it yet), the hole left in the floor where the hoses go through will just be sealed with sikaflex
cheers

This has puzzled me ever since I first looked under a caravan. I immediately thought it's a stupid idea to have clear hoses for drinking water purely for the algae factor. Sure it's handy to be able to see your water, but I think the clear plastic hose is just a cheap install for Jayco. Plus it's generally not UV stabilised either, so will perish in time too.

I like this idea, I think I'll borrow it, but can I ask why the kink in the middle?
hi there, good question, i had to move tanks over very slightly to allow 90mm pipe to pass by the side.
i stepped the pipe down at the rear to allow for the rear bumper mounting box section, as i wanted to keep it all in line
the photo you see is without rear tank installed
i think that explains it lol

I just put an outdoor shower module in the same area and used to holes for the shower pipes. I fill my tank up at the shower module, another mod.

Regarding the clear pipe, you could just duct tape it or put armaflex insulation over it. For the smaller clear pipe, corrugated black split electrical conduit would do the trick.

Places like Tradelink and Reece sell white plastic patch panels that has adhesive on one side, it is like A4 sized ice cream container material, you just cut to size and stick it over the hole.

food for thought mate
regarding the hole, i am tending toward a repair washer and 6mm bolt with a tiny blob of sikaflex around bolt hole, using this to sandwich the white rubber filler hose cover, where it already has the hole in (hope that made sense) ill post pics when/if its done
