Got the van out of storage and in the shed at work to change the springs tomorrow.
Actual photo of the snapped spring. Spring was sitting back further but reversing into the shed made it move and sit like this. Bloody lucky I think. Will post some photos tomorrow as I change the springs.

Well changed the springs over the weekend. Was surprised at the wear on some bushes on not others.
Only took photos of one side. Other side was in a little better condition.

And in with the new. Took the time to clean everything suspension related and give it a coat of paint.

Timber blocks to stop springs moving until i got the tyres on and close to the ground.

Haven't posted in a while but thought i would just update and say the 17 has been sold.
She treated us great but my girls have out grown the bunk length.
The replacement we kept it the Jayco family but it's no longer an expanda, it's a 2014 Starcraft 22.68 OB.
We'll have our first outing with it on the Aust Day long weekend which was also the first time we used the expanda we just sold.

That was a great run down on the springs on your old rig, looking forward to pics of your new set up, have a great time away this weekend....................
