Afternoon all have just joined here but been caravanning since mid 1970’s..
Sold an 18ft full ensuite last Christmas bought that new in 1998 ! Thought we had finished vanning but now have a small dog so can’t hire a set of wheels or stay in cabins hence back in the market.
Restricted In parking at new house so must be a pop-top and essential it have a toilet and shower early expanders fit the bill they don’t make them with ensuite now.
Just a little concerned how we will handle the pop out bunks neither of us are that agile to get in and out (80years +) not worried about erecting just how we are moving in the middle of night going for a walk.

Anyone have any other suggestions ?

We found making the bed and entry/exit a bit difficult so moved to a van with a bed we could walk around and thats was giving 70 a nudge... Only downer with an Expanda if you have dicky knees or back...

Thanks Drover, Much as I was afraid think I had better look at something else, not alot about in smaller ensuite vans.
Done all our big trips, lived on the road for 4 years in the last van between houses so requirements are quite different for this one.
