Isn't it amazing that with a yard with 3 new 18's in it, all showed at the Brisbane Show, that it took 4 weeks after the show for me to point out that ALL 3 floors were scratched because of the fridge. Then a further 3 weeks of trying to get a response other than, Sorry, that's how it is. Haha
