Welcome! You will love the 14.44-4OB! We upgraded from an Eagle in September and have only had a few short trips away so far, but there are so many things to love. Just a few are: loads more storage space, kids get their own bunk bed rather than sharing, rangehood, air con, solar, blue and white light options (such an obviously great idea to stop insects at night), block out blinds and midge-proof insect screens (these feel a little flimsy but so far so good), bigger fridge than Eagle, plenty of windows to allow good air flow, and also the fact that there is extra storage space on top of all the cupboards when in situ.
The lovely folks on this forum helped with our added extras which included upgrading to 150W solar, extra water tank, extra outside light, tv arm fitted, storm cover for bed end (used every time for insulation and privacy), etc. We've bought a Kogan bed topper to make the bed even more comfortable, plus a Joolca HWS rather than having Jayco install.
We haven't yet tried it out in very humid conditions - my oldest daughter feels the heat and sleeps on the top bunk, so we'll see what happens.
