Heard somewhere the Crystal Pearl (VX) is actually cooler inside as a colour than the standard white (GXL) that mine is.

The only photo I have is after the roo.

The plastic grill and lower part of the buffer needs replacing. When I got mine they colour coded the fog light surround, and I don't think ARB offers that any more, probably because of the paint peel as in the picture....

Not a drama but another $30 in paint, and a few hours to remove, prep, and paint; when I get around to it.

The above pic is from the LCOOL forum. Foglights not colour coded. I reckon it doesn't look as good but everything is personal choice.

Haven't gone for the scrub-rails and changing the side-steps myself because it adds a lot of width and weight to the car, and my main reason for a bulbar is to make sure the front-end isn't damaged to an extent that I can't keep driving.

You are so going to love the upgrade to the Landcruiser.....................

Thanks Dean,

Cant wait, I do like the Summit Bar, can you send me a PM with what you paid?
I have a mate that works at ARB, just want to make sure he is looking after me, lol.

Colour coded fog lights weren't an option and apparently they use the Toyota fog lights as they fit straight in?

Below is what I ended up paying for the bar and GVM upgrade.

reminds me of the 1920's, Henry Ford said you can have any colour you like, as long as its Black

now days most new cars seem to be white
(I have a white Patrol - and my Landcruiser is BLACK)

@Dean81 One thing that will annoy you if you get a white Summit bar is the reflection off the corner of the bar at night when the lights are on.

I bought a bit of matt black car wrap off ebay and stretched it around the back of the bar. Could have spray painted it I suppose but this was quick and cheap. Someday I'll get around to trimming it up to look neat....Maybe Christmas time.

The other thing I've done is use an aerial mount in the middle of the bar so the kayak front rope doesn't take the paint off the bar. It also helps keep the strap above the bonnet a bit, (and in the butt crack of the bonnet).
