Sounds good Micheal and it looks like it will be a ripper van with your list of options!:encouragement:Hi Matt. We will do both, inside and outside cooking. Weber Q is the plan, and coming from the camper trailer we are used to cooking out. We don't have a Weber yet as the current camper has a built in sovereign BBQ. But will be getting one.
Coming from the camper I am overwhelmed by the storage in the Expanda. We lose the two drawers underneath, and end up with a small storage space at the base of the oven once fitted. I will happily sacrifice the drawers for the oven. We recently went away with some friends who hired a van with a similar cooker to the standard Jayco one, and it was a frustrating experience for them. And.... They had a Weber Q - which got a lot of use mind you... But the oven would have been handy!
We use our oven to heat pies etc and also do garlic bread in it. Its very handy to compliment the bbq and fantastic in bad weatherHi Matt. We will do both, inside and outside cooking.
