My shower walls have let go and will be fixed next week, isnt it good to deal with a company that backs its product to the degree they have for you.

Well just had a call from Australian caravan co who have just had a call from Jayco factory saying they will cover the cost of the shower by fitting a new ensuite only problem is it has to be done in Jaycos factory in Melb , they are also replacing the front bed door as it has cracks / blemishes all im paying for is freight vof van return of $400

Well theres always a catch i thought it was too good to be true , yes it is $400 over to the factory but $1100 to return it an Jayco wont cover any of the freight and now want the van for 2 weeks so now ill let them take it but ill go for the drive to pick it up ...NOT HAPPY JAN !!

Yeah, that's a bit rough but my guess is it pays for most of repair! BP can you get an independent repairer to do it for Jayco, or is that the terms?

The $400 is a backload rate to Jayco and the $1100 is a load back to Adelaide all by a separate transport Co contracted to Jayco

Tried that Burnsy from Australian caravan co which is the Adelaide Jayco dealer , if i want it done ovewr to Vic it has to go ....IT SUCKS

Well had the call today the earliest Jayco can do our shower is the 10th May , 2 days after we come back from up north ,just a bit of a rush

Just got a call from Jayco Newcastle, My walls and basin are going to be replaced. Was getting done fairly quick but we are heading way for a couple of weeks in May so will get it done when we get back. Whooo

Well after much deliberation , fone call after fone call finally were getting a new ensuite fitted in Adelaide and not Melb , saving me a bit of time and travel .
Lets see how long it takes , it went in on Thursday
