Hi Rebjays the answer to your question is yes , it happened tro ours after owning it for about a year and a half spoke to jayco but didnt want to know about it . Weve slowed the process down by fitting a blind over the vent to cut down sunlight which i think caused the problem, but have no idea how to get rid of it though

I have heard it was due to a faulty batch of vents letting in too much light. Your shower/toiler may be UV damaged. I have heard they have replaced damaged components under warranty.

The back wall and hand basin in our ensuite turned yellow our van is a late 2010 model so just over 2yr old, I mentioned to my dealer who asked for Photos, which I supplied, approx 6 wks later he called back, All good bring your van in for it to be replaced under warranty, that was last year.

Yep, the sun does it. I use a pce of white corflute that slides over the shower rail - still lets light in but saves the harsh direct sunlight. I also experimented this summer with screens on the roof hatches. I cut these from el-cheapo windscreen sunshades and fixed them with easily removable 3M type stuff. I can now have hatches open for ventilation rather than blinding light on the really hot days. Will do something neater when I get back home.

Had this happen to ours last month. There was no light getting in as the van was covered so put it down to the heat build up in the van. Also had large delamination appear on roof. Looks like i may have to have a talk to Jayco. 2010 model but we'll see how we go.

it sounds like the walls do not have enough Irgafos and Irganox common stabilisers used in the plastic industry for light and colour stabilisation but it may also be temperature relation degradation of the thermoplastic sheet not just a direct sunlight contact .Interesting to see what happen , we dont have shower in ours but good luck getting them replaced
