The way I had it required it to sit on the bottom edge of the cavity. (On a rubber strip not unlike Adam's).
I think you would have to remove it prior to lowering the bed.
Cheers
Andrew.

Yeah, I measured the gap in the bed hatch and there is plenty of room. With the Sullage hose in there the hose **just** touches the back of the lid, you can barely hear the hose touch the fibreglass when the lid is closed so no pressure on the mechanism at all.

The fridge light is a battery operated motion sensitive LED light. I paid about twenty bucks at Bunnings for two of them. For now it's fixed with crappy sticky backed Velcro, I'll do it more permanently once I've fine tuned the position.

Adam that table storage is brilliant. I went to bunnings tonight to buy a table. I could not remember how big the table was so I bought the 4 foot one as after an hour searching for this thread again on my stupid phone I chickened out of the 6 foot one. Spewing now I see the bigger one fits. Can't wait to use it next weekend at the dam.

G'day Paul,

You could always use the smaller table to stack your empty cans on....
