hello everyone. We've owned a few vans in the past from a 1979 Viscount (beautiful orange and brown colour) to a Van Royce when he did our half lap of Australia. Most recently we had an on-site van but it never quite felt right.
Over the years we have looked at the Expandas with a touch of envy and looked at buying one a few years ago but the timing wasn't right. But here we are.
We picked up our 2008 16.49.2 Expanda a month ago and are on our first trip this weekend. And straight away it feels great to be out and about again. With a couple of growing kids the layout is perfect and they can also finally bring some friends that they have been nagging about for years.
This forum is great and it has already helped me (I thought it would be easier to change the external awning globe!!) and I look forward to reading some great stories and learning more about special places to visit.
