Question to those with TV's do you use TV arms/Wall mounts. Was thinking just to move it around on its stand. So we can have at foot of the bed. Or on stove we probably never use or on Fridge, take it outside etc.
Do you seem to move yours around or just leave it on a swivel arm.

Previous van had the TV mounted on a wall bracket and worked OK but was just a bit too far away from the bed to view properly.

In the new van we place it on the cupboard bench near the dinette but haven't had the requirement to move it elsewhere as yet.

We've just got the two mounts; one inside & one out. The iPads generally come out when someone wants to watch something in bed (although the TV does swivel into the front bed)...

We just have ours on the bench so we can move it as needed. We will wait and see if we feel the need for a mount is required.

I was about to buy the Kogan today, but ended up at JB HiFi and got their Soniq 23" with inbuilt DVD.

Just finished fitting it to the panda

Cost $199 and I didn't have to wait. With delivery and the 12v cable the Kogan was $209

Looking at the specs the Kogan has a higher resolution.
Another thing to check with specs is the 'viewable angle'. 170 degrees is pretty good (which the Kogan has). I have noticed some only have 90 degrees, so you need to be square on to see the picture.

@Ren77 my Kogan TV arrived today. Looks good.

Had difficulty screwing the glass base to the bracket, suggest either opening the holes out a to 3.5mm or 'pre screw' the holes with another screw, so you don't strip the phillips head on the ones supplied.

Cool thanks for the heads up! Hopefully ours won't be too much longer
