Extra 4" size matters :) although no DVD. Heard to many friends slot loaded DVD just die.. We watch most shows off a USB anyway.
Only fired up for 5 mins so far in the back of the car as no Starcraft yet., seen then in store as well.

have 2 in the van, both work fine. Not the greatest picture quality but more than enough for us in the van.

Thanks @davemc, dimensions are too big to fit on fridge wall and on bench under cupboards. Plus the Kogans resolution is higher at 1920x1080.

no problems, we should have space.. well I hope :)
Yes resolution does not worry me on a small TV unless I was thinking to use it for a PC monitor.
I just thought it is easier when these cheap TV's break to return to a store rather then online.
I got my 12v adapter at Kogan on a sale.

We were waiting for the 24" Kogan to come back in stock but when we checked our Teac TV in our bedroom, we realised that it is 12v compatible so just bought the cable from Kogan and it works great in the van.

We got an 18" Sphere thrown in with our van - haven't used it yet though. Does anyone know if they are any good?
I have one that came with our 2012 van, I find the dvd operation is a bit noisier compared to our Kogan, other than that it works fine. Just when disc is changing from chapters/start menu at the start of a disc it makes more noise from my experience. They are supposed to be very good and designed for caravan use.

I'm cranky with Kogan. Bought a toaster for Christmas and it burns the top and undercooks the bottom of the toast. Cant be used! I sent them a picture and now they are not returning my emails. There's something to be said for Bricks and mortar stores. I wont be buying anything else from Kogan despite some of their stuff being good value. Customer service: THUMBS DOWN
