I think someone on here found the pedder part number to save going through jayco. Possibly in a thread about upgrading the suspension to air or something?

@Crusty181 found that they are the same shocks as a nissan pathfinder R51 rear shocks
Pedders refused to offer any assistance, and no-one else offered much more. I did a unit size, extension and compression comparison search and found 2005 R51 Pathfinder rear shocks matched almost perfectly. Load wise the rear of a Pathfinder was close enough to half the loaded 3t dual axleJayco, so the R51 shocks are very well suited. I approached Dobinsons and they confirmed the substitution suitability. I used the Dobinson, but most shock brands have R51 replacements so the range of brands, quality and budget is well catered for.

Thats why most don't bother with a dealer, long wait and overpriced usually .....often the delay is because they freight in bulk as its cheaper so you have to wait till the box gets filled before its sent .................. I would be going for the recomendation of @Crusty181 myself, certainly tried and proven ..... Pathfinder R51 rear shocks available from the the leading makers, Bilstein, BlueMax, OME .............
