17' Series Install Solar from Jayco or elsewhere??

I've been researching myself & marsol.com.au (http://www.solarenergyproducts.com.au) seem to have some good information and pricing on their systems/kits does not seem too bad

Just had a quick look they do seem to have good prices and sell some good quality kit, such as ePower inverters and 252 Silkaflex (the good stuff). I would still do a comparative shop, but they look ok.

How do you know if your van is solar pre-wired ?

We have what looks like a junction box on the roof, does this relate to solar ?

Yes and you should have some wiring under a seat where the battery is

All newer Jayco's are supposedly prewired from what our salesman told us when we got our van.

Mine had the the solar junction box on the roof and a cable rolled up near the battery .
You just need to add panels to the roof and a regulator to the other end and connect it to the battery
