I was approached today about manufacturing items for independent suspension on caravans, interesting concept It's a complete unit made to suit the chassis width on van. Basically the spring hangers on the van are removed and the complete unit is positioned underneath....might turn out to be a popular mod I guess time will tell :noidea:

Cheers.

I manufactured suspension components years ago for supreme caravans. I made the suspension arms and the coil spring retaining cups. Fairly simple when it is broken down to individual components. I can't see why it could not be retrofitted. Sounds like a great idea. Look forward to seeing how it goes.

Hey Burnsy
looks similar to SugarGlider suspension I had under a Supreme Getaway single axle trailer van I owned some years back, it rode really well and tracked beautifully,

I also had a Sunland Longreach the first one made with Cruisemaster independent Leaf spring suspension, again single axle, I thought you maybe interested in it basically same setup but with a leaf spring, it also handled really well, bloke who bought it off me had a blow-out at 110, he told me it tracked straight and was able to safely pull up,
