I've used Newcastle Auto Electrics in Wickham for car and van work. Seem reasonably priced and was convenient (on way to work). I was happy with the workmanship. Also the customer service. Told me about a couple of jobs where they had to fix problems caused by owners doing a self install. Apparently didn't consider the location of airbags in the vehicle when drilling holes. :dejection:

I forgot to mention they also do mobile work! If you don't have your brake controller yet i bought mine from here...very good to deal with! :)

Nope, I don't have one yet and was looking at that seller, but someone (I think the guy at Newcastle Auto Electrics) said he'd heard that a seller based in a Victorian suburb starting with 'B' was bad to deal with for warranty claims. That seller happens to be one of two I saw on eBay from Bxxxx, Victoria, so I was hesitant about buying from them. Hopefully the quality of the product would mean you wouldn't need to claim against it, but you just never know...

Thanks for that, I gave them a call, the dude was really helpful. No DIY here - husband's good with pipes, not power, haha.
