Good torches in case you end up on the side of the road overnight in the middle of nowhere.

Spare tap connectors, bound to leave some behind at some point.

If you have a WDH than grab some Bees wax from Bunnings to eliminate the grinding noise at the friction points.

Do you use an inline water filter, does it need replacing.

Carry enough/spare water/sullage hose and joiners in case they get worn and crack etc.

Sounds like a great trip, have fun.

You've probably got some of mine then!

I always carry a greased set of wheel bearings and a spare fuel filter
I also have an app on the phone and an OBII adaptor for clearing that "water in in the fuel limp home mode light"

Yup ... and I don't have a tent (or any cable). Maybe that's why Im over loaded :nightmare:

I would add some kind of First Aid or medical kit.
Another weight saver could be one Jack that could be used for either tug or Van eg, hydraulic type.

Definitely a basic medical kit....and a decent compression bandage just in case of snakebite. If you have it you wont need it, so taking it is a double bonus.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I ended up deciding to leave out the oil and coolant, reducing the number of tools etc and moving some to the van as well as buying a smaller air compressor. Much happier now with the smaller space and weight taken up in the back of the car.

Definitely have a first aid kit in there as well
