Looks like a great install. Mine won't be quite as flash, but with almost every plumbing fitting from Bunnings lying on the floor of my shed, hopefully it will be an improvement on the factory attempt!
What's next?

Made this adaptor up today for connecting 25mm sullage hose to the new 40mm grey water tank outlet. Just a push fit on the 40mm pipe and will allow for the grey water to pass straight through when at a caravan park.

I was not happy how the bracket I made to hold the grey water outlet pipe was painted with cold galv as it did not match the galv chassis so I had it hot dipped galvanized. I also cut 3 holes in the back to save some weight and looks.

I've just done some calculations on a GWT for the new rig and works out at 69lts, 2 x 150mm pipes so that should be enough for a few days.......I won't have to gal any brackets as when I finish sorting the plumbing it all gets sprayed with underbody paint, floor, chassis everything, all nice and black. Also covers any wonky bits as I'm not as meticulous and my tank gauge is the wet patch near the door when it overflows from the breather, lol, lol.
Most impressed with your build @Base23 , very schmick.

Fantastic mod and well thought out. Gave me a few ideas thanks. I have already modded all the van plumbing fitted a Non return valve and camlocs ready for a tank and I have the 90 Jayco tank too but perfer yours as it seems it wil be easy to clean/ flush. Do they do smaller than 110?

Not sure if they ( northern RV) do a smaller tank. The tank I got was the only one with 40mm fittings that i could find. Most were only 25mm.
