Big day on the tools today for me, 3 jobs all behind. 1 1/2 in the factory and 1 1/2 onsite. I have the entire team of one (me) less than enthused. To add to the distraction, the Behemoth is back in the factory and like the Sirens of Cape Pelorum will be calling me to spend time with her.
You live at the beach!!! So that's hardly surprising.
Your say that like you feel there's some advantage to living at the beach, retired, in paradise over me flogging my guts out 7 days a week in anti-paradise. I don't get it; what's your point.

Why would you even gi in the pool when you have a fantastic beach there at Burrum Heads? . Myself and HWMBO often drive up there for breakfast then a quick dip in the ocean.

Well Bruce !!!!....thats life.......it's all to make you strive harder to get that nest egg together to retire before you fall apart..........................................................................Actually, I wasn't, I thought about it but the new diesel heater had turned up to replace the dud one so I had to fit it into Big Mal, of course this one is slightly different than the previous so holes had to be enlarged and wiring run another way, now all fitted and running well and I can assure you the sweat was pouring out of me and I will never, ever fit another one....I now know a hell of a lot about these things and never want to fit or rebuild one ever again....................................Beach is today................
Life is not always perfect, last week we had 4 inches of rain, from Saturday on we are expecting another 4 inches, what really bugs me is my towel gets wet if I leave it on the pool fence
Having said that I am looking at going back to China for another project and can't wait, its funny how you miss stuff when you have nothing much to do, and no income, fingers crossed it comes off.
