Re 12v for toothbrushes.....only need to recharge if away over 7 days.

Well van is going great, we just got it back from getting some warranty work done and are packing to go to Moama for a week, not much has changed since last visit although I did mod the bike rack to give me more room between the bikes, I'm also going to mount a rake under the opposite side of the van to my long handle shovel, and we have been thinking about a 12v electric blanket.
I carry a big plastic rake with us, gets more use than the shovel, thankfully..................
We always take a rake as we normally free camp, I just like having everything in it's place and organised so will mount it under the van, I have also moved a power point under the bed as I didn't like the way it was fitted, fitted a pole carrier under the rear of the van for fishing rod storage and got a great deal on a stone gaurd so fitted that to the drawbar. Currently looking at off road hitches and think I'm going to get the Mc hitch.
Something I have been trying to do for years..........never quite get there though....
I reckon the McHitch is the pick of the bunch, one day Big Mal will sport one......
