I ordered two gas bayonets on my Expanda, one at the front and one at the rear.
I did not realise that Jayco installs a house gas bayonet fitting on the caravan I just presumed it would be like a normal gas bottle fitting.
So this is what came with the van....

Obviously attaching my Coleman Roadtrip BBQ with its standard hose was just not going to work!
After a bit of investigation I found that you need to get a 3/8 fitting on one end and a house gas bayonet connect on the other end. This is easy to find in most BBQ shops even Bunnings I believe.
However the Coleman Roadtrip does not have a 3/8 fitting it is an american style fitting with no adaptor.
So for anyone like me who plans on using the coleman it really means you need to get another BBQ with a standard fitting on it.
I ended up buying the weber Q 220, I am very happy with the unit and once I got over the initial cost factor was very please with its cooking abilities!
