In this time of high prices and empty tanks, just a word that if your favourite garage runs out of fuel and it sits with empty tanks for a long period don't rush back when it comes available again, empty tanks will get a lot of condensation while empty and while there is room for a bit of ullage at the bottom, it can be easy for a motorist to be the fuel canary instead of the dipper with a water marker on it of a morning if they dip daily, I think most now rely on pump meters so the dip test is old hat...... Even chancy that lots of places are not getting a full load so good idea to give the water drain a bit of a go every so often once the fuel has settled in your tank, it pays to play it safe even though its a pain in the bum .................. Heading for $2.60 so mine will be sitting in the shed a lot.
