Oh well. I'll just have to find an Aussie bar in Thailand thats got the footy . Actually, that should be I'll have to decide which Aussie bar in Thailand to go to.......

The latest Version of foxtel Go app can be installed on PC from foxtel website, i ran it on laptop and was able to view foxtel on external LCD screen via HDMI cable.

If you want to watch Foxtel overseas you run into what they call geo blocking where the network you connect too reports that you are in a country other than the country that is offering the service e.g. Foxtel. There are plenty of tools that will allow you to bypass this check. some free some not. Basically you use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection similar to how may access their work from home and connect to an Australian site that in turn tells the service provider in this case Foxtel that you are in Australia.... This also works in reverse to allow you to watch US programming etc in Australia.
