@Smergen mount it on a small bit of ply which you can rest the drill on makes handling it so much better, mine is supposed to fit onto the handle of the trolley I use to move my jerry cans around, it will one day when I finish the mod.

Took ages to find this pic of when I first did trials on the idea a couple of years back......

Does the aldi one self prime.
I bought one from the big green shed and if you don't prime it first it is useless

It does to a degree, if you hold it too high it won't but you do need to have the drill fully charger so it gets heaps of spin otherwise it can be hard to prime, I just set the hoses up and squeeze the trigger and pump at full noise and all is good....If the battery is a bit lazy I just lower the pump to level with jerry to get it going.
