@Kakoljunior I think what you may have seen was just a Camec tank and battery display it hooks directly to the units and isn't interactive like the Drifter, some pics would help.

I'm also interested in this, whether it would be a minor swap job or whether you would have to rewire all the existing tank sensors...

I want the drifter. I know I'd have to put a shunt in etc to get the battery amps to work, but hoping the tanks would almost be plug and play?

Anyone done a JRV to Drifter swap?
