ok so I have everything running through my drifter besides my inverter. What I want is to run that through the drifter as well so I can get full use out of it, at the moment it is only really good for the time and temperature, the voltage read out isn't of any use either as the lithium batteries hold there voltage untill about 90% dead then plummet. I have been doing some googleing (dangerous I know) but I think I can replace my 100amp 100mv shunt with a 200amp 200mv shunt with out the drifter knowing. I know I wont be able to read more but I only need to read 98amps for the coffee machine. Am I correct in thinking I could also go 150amp 150mv or if it comes to it a 200amp 100mv and put in half my amp hour rate and then just double what ever the amps are reading at the time(not that I really look at that anyway).
Any one see any issues?
cheers Shane

Hey @ShaneT

On the Setec faq for the drifter they say you can fit a larger shunt. I would send them an email and see if they can recommend a particular one. It also says the drifter is not compatible with lithium batteries so may not be worth the effort to source a new shunt anyway.
