Or you could have it across the bumper.... like this bus.

These would be the more popular set up for vans, other set up can be done in special circumstance but require some study and in all cases fitting requires a tape measure, if they are a cm out they may not be noticed........................

Big fine Dean, no number plate but they may not notice...................................had a car go under the drives, they didn't notice a 50foot coach turning, 3 x big flashing yellow lights on rear, 4 x yellow flashing lights on side all LED's, at least 30 foot of 3 metre high Golden Yellow coach swing left in front of them, so they drove under the wheels..............................we didn't see them officer...................give me strength. Thanks to about 4 witnesses I didn't cop a neg driving fine.............

If you have "Do not Overtake Turning Vehicle" signs on the back of your van you can legally take up two lanes when doing a U-Turn or even normal turning...Other vehicles need to give way...

Me for one, previously didn't know why they had a need on a caravan.

Anyone have them? Does it stop people who dont know the road rules from honking and telling you you're a naughty boy? Anyone been booked by police for using two lanes for a U'ey?

Pretty Ugly on the back of the van....but seems useful...

They are available in a much smaller version from caravan supply shops.
