I had a test drive yesterday, the bride is popping in this arvo. Then its offer time. I noticed the Mitsub towbar is really ugly, its cross bar is outside the bumper. I think Haymen Reese will do a better job (also $300 cheaper)

I just bit the bullet and bought the pajero sport. I have asked for a Hayman Reese tow package to be installed, as the genuine mitsub one is ugly. HAVE I DONE THE RIGHT THING?

It’s going great Lee. Comfortable around town, getting low 9l per 100km. Towing at 100km/h it gets about 15. Really smooth driving with the 8 speed box.

Thanks for the reply robroy do you get much kms out of a tank of diesel ? My parents are looking at getting the brown Davis long range fuel tank fitted but not sure if it’s needed they are towing a jayco 15 ft pop top

Sorry Lee I forgot to say. Towing a 16ft expanda. Maybe only 500km or do on a tank. I am heading north tomorrow morning at 5am, for a lazy 800km. We are pretty flat over her in WA. So it’s an easy drive

Hi Lee, I was a bit optimistic. Drove 800km yesterday with a fully loaded 16, bikes in roof rack etc. averaged 16.4 l/100 and 400 or so I’m out of a tank. Towed perfectly

No wdh, ball weight 147 dry. I assume 170 full. Love the red arc tow pro
