Ive always packed mine that way ... cant remember actually being shown any way. How do you pack the bed end inside the mattress, two person job??.

Just the end bar mate, easy job. I think some models rub and some don't. Our 16ft was fine. We pack the front bed with the bar outside the mattress.

Box Storage bumper now fitted, and a new set of mudflaps. Fridge temp gauge turned up today, that will be next to go in !

Gi day @Bluey 5mm toughened glass, three holes, tinted bronze. 140mm high, 840 mm long.
holes are 100mm in from each end and one in the centre. holes centres are 13mm up from the bottom.
check its right and let me know, will go from there.

Hi @macca , custom made out of Alum weighs 6kg , same keyed lock as other lock on van ( key 001 ).
Square sections to slide straight in underneath 50x50mm, 120 mm square was made out of two folded angles and seam welded, then sand blasted and power coated white, its great but would want to be for , if i remember about $700.
