Clearance of Spare tyre under van

Think I'll hang the spare under using ratchet straps to see how it looks then work out the best way to mount it permanently.

I webbing strap mounted a second spare tyre (case) to the chassis cross bars behind the front water tank. 2 years, 45k kms later and lots of off road it's still there.

Screwed a flap of rubber in front of it

I was about to think------- mmmmmm I wonder how much dust and rocks are in the casing

then saw you fitted a flap in front....... good stuff
