why not - you can get gas fuel generators, so maybe just a scaled down version??
Good option when no sun for your solar, but ............ suggested at 7000 euro in another article

edit: just watched the video - its a big unit, not a scaled down one at all. The article also says 250W per day, the video says 250W per *hour* and 6000 Wh per day. Huge output

It would be a good alternative to solar panels, if you haven't already got them installed.

Wishful thinking. Stray Dingo recalls seeing 7K Euros mentioned. I think my guess as "an arm & a leg" may have understated the costs a bit. Stick with solar for the time being. I'm getting a charge from light on overcast days so I'm happy.
