I have a 5mt length of the subject door seal. The outer door has it installed. There is a track for it in the inner door frame that can be used to install another for better dust sealing and to keep insects out. On the outer door the seal goes round the top round corners as it stretches to do so without any wrinkles. The inside puckers in the corners so after all of that the question is how do I shrink it in the corners?

While I have a square door, I thought with curved doors it just slotted in the same way and the curve door section sorted itself out as the curve isn't all that severe, you may find some sections of the track have been punched to hold the strip, a gentle prise to open them up will enable you to fit the new stuff easily along with a squirt of silicon in the track, then when you've got it in place may need to give the track a tap with a punch near the spots that got crimped before, only done one myself years back and I don;t think I bothered .......... don't forget to mark out positions of strikers and hinges etc ... cut the stuff with a sharp blade not scissors..................... I think you will find it will mold itself to suit in a short time .................... I wouldn't try slotting it as it will just split as the material shrinks and stretches over time.
