There is to much non movable built in weight behind the axle and the tare ball weight is way to light, even loaded its a tad on the light side for the atm.

I personally suspect it will just turn out to be a cloak of protection for the industry to hide behind and to throw into the face of consumers .... hey, call me a skeptic.
My 3.2t Expanda came with a 140kg ball weight. That worked very much in our favour because I added a huge tool box to the drawbar, and that chockas full of camping crap puts the ball weight upto a healthy 290kgs
