We have a MY19 19-61-2 Journey OB and recently our JControl will not respond via the touch screen (seems to not work) but still works using the JHub app on my mobile. It appears to be displaying levels etc correctly. The fitted unit (above fridge) will not activate any of its functions using this screen - water pump on/off light on etc but these can still be activated via JHub. Has anyone else had these problems and if so cure?
