Great pics Bill thanks for sharing. How did the van hold up?
Where do I start??!!
Very little dust ingress - happy about that - small amount under each bed from wheel arches - some from around one external speaker. I was worried that we would open the van and find everything covered in red dust! We did not cover any external vents - so happy.
On a less happy note the shower door decided to do a tour around the the shower area after arriving at Gundabooka NP via dirt road with some corrugations. The retaining "bracket " at the top of the door is very flimsy and allowed the door to move up and down when on the corrugations - duct tape held it in place for the rest of the trip.
Trouble filling rear water tank - air lock I think - seems to have improved it since return home after a bit of fiddling around, but will change method of filling later (suggestion from someone on FB Jayco Journey page).
Annoying hum when TV playing through Fusion sound system - fixed by getting ground loop isolater from Jaycar and installing it in RCA connection.
I have made use of table easier by shifting bracket underneath top to give more room between long side of seat and table. Three of us sat around table while away with no problem.
Overall though - very happy - confident it will hit the corner in October. Don't know yet what Jayco's response to door problem will be - first service at end of August. I have emailed the issues to them. New VIN plate to be fitted plus bigger TV (wrong one supplied).
