Thongs aren't the best footwear for washing cars, boats, trailers etc. Years ago on a hot morning I was washing our boat. Hot and I'm wearing thongs. I picked up the draw bar of the trailer to push the boat back into the garage. Wet driveway, wet feet, and thongs. that boat is heavy so I push hard. My left foot slipped over, I heard a loud "crack" and pain.

I ended up in hospital that evening having tried several beers to fix the problem but the pain kept getting worse. A bone in my foot had split length wise. Took a long time to heal. Now days its boots or shoes for outdoor work on vans and the like. Thongs can be deadly.

OMG can you see how messy the back of the Basestation is??? that's what happens after 9 days of free camping with 3 kids.....
Yeah, I noticed. Wasn't going to say anything with you being so indisposed and all.
And I still remember free camping with 3 kids. :nonchalance: Always looked like and felt like we'd taken a scout troop away.
