I just re read your post @Capt. Gadget and realised that you were talking about PDA Caravan Repairs. I thought you must have copied and pasted something from another thread and placed it here buy mistake. I made the bo boo and was skim reading and missed the part about PDA Caravan Repairs. Sorry buddy
Thank god for that I re read my post 3 times and couldn't work out what I'd said wrong, thought it was the couple of G&T's that had clouded my brain :encouragement:

With regards to the Jayco Dealer in Darwin, things may have changed in the last few weeks but until then this Dealer wasn't a Service Agent for anything, just a mixed car and caravan sales yard. I do believe though that a few weeks ago a representative of Jayco was up here and discussions were to take place with regard to warranty work. The Jayco website does have the Dealer as a Service Agent so it may have changed.

Alternatively if anyone wants a mobile service in general then you should contact Paul Crooke, Mobile Caravan Repairs on 0438 120 571. AFAIK he is the only mobile service up here and as of 7 weeks ago he was also the person that Jayco HQ referred me to. He is quite busy though but I found the price he charged to be quite reasonable for a bearing repack and brake adjustment. As a last resort there is the Coromal Dealer at Pinelands (a few Km's South of the Jayco Dealer) who did offer to do the job when I couldn't contact Paul for a while. I would have had to take it to them though.

BTW, we bought our van in Adelaide rather than locally and Paul would be my choice for service.

Has anyone used the service agent at First Ave Bongaree (Bribie Island). I cannot recall their name at the moment -When I get onto decent internet connection I will find the correct name..
Have been to B&B at Brendale but was not impressed to say the least.

Don't really want to drive over to Brisbane Camperland but will if I get better service.

Well took the Expanda up to All Terrain RV Repairs @ Bongaree for some warranty issues and were extremely happy with the service! Still a couple of issues outstanding but they need to liaise with Jayco as it is the bed end fiberglass starting to bubble. He other is our Winegard antennae, seems a design fault but supplier is saying impact when it certainly hasn't been hit.

Guys at All Terrain said it is evident that it definitely hasn't been hit at all but is the first they have seen it happen with. Vibration from roads seems to have let the top snowflake separate at a plastic seam and now is not sitting correctly and will eventually probably let go all together. Will post pic later.
