Just had a couple of conversations regarding service and warranty agents for Jayco on a couple of different posts.

Did a search and couldn't find anything similar already posted.

Thought I would start this one for people to list the agents or Jayco dealers in their state for information for others.

Will start with the list I was given for Western Australia that was provided to me on the day of our handover (Apparently Caravanland in Cannington/Perth do not do warranty or servicing work).

I've had our van serviced and warranty work done at Caravanland. Not sure how prices compare, but booked within a couple of weeks of calling, dropped off 7.30am, picked up at 3pm that afternoon.

HMMM @Patto wonder why they told me they don't do servicing and recommended using a local agent?
Unless it was to save towing the van over the "other side"?

Which one have you been using @dagree ?
We prefer Care-A-Van but it’s a hour's drive away now that we have moved from Heathridge.

Haven't needed to use any @skippy (Hope we don't need them apart from the 12 month service and check) but Absolute in Balcatta was recommended to us by the salesman. Have been in there for accessories and a chat and they seem to know what they are talking about.

I went to PDA when the "glue" came off the side - holding the checker plate on
long drive for me, service was ok I guess, he said to either book it in (for 3 months later, as they were busy) but he fixed it there and then
the place was packed with Vans, but a long long driveway down the back to the workshop - and no room to turn around down there - so I had to reverse out, you have a big fence on one side, and a house on the other......

might try the one suggested - Care-A-Van - next time

cheers

For miner repair work I will use closer repair agents but if it's major work required I will always take the 1 hour drive to Care-A-Van in Canning vale

Sounds good,

How you add them to the community map?

http://expandasdownunder.com/hotspots/

I worked out how to add a dealer to the map @expanda so I added our local Perth dealer (Caravanland)..... All I need now is for the "Site Founder" or an admin with access to making site changes to add a "Marker Type" for Jayco Service Agents and I and others can add to the list.
