Baked Eggs and thick sliced Speck on the Weber
Dab of butter in the bottom of Muffin Tin, crack an egg, top with cream and a sprinkle of chives, 5 minutes for medium yolk after heating Weber up to 180

Usually so hungry/busy cooking, I don't take food pics!

Rolled roast chicken. Racks of lamb and snags.
Early pizza attempt. Breakfast special: bread slice pressed into muffin tin, egg/bacon/cheese, tomato & herbs. All in the Weber BabyQ...just love it.

This was our dinner at Henry Angel Flat near Tumbarumba NSW on our Snowy trip, nice and simple.


And a simple breakfast at Rubicon Vic, near Lake Eildon

Two from me - roast marinated beef with roast eggplant, sweet potato and silver beet sautéed with olive oil, garlic and onion.....

Later on trip - cinnamon scented lamb with saffron rice and spicy eggplant......

Kept us warm while in the Grampians.........

Okay so technically it's not a photo of a meal being cooked but hey I had to enter something!!

Ok so after trolling my hard drive I managed to find one of food being cooked my Mate Mick is wasting his talents in the insurance industry as he IS the master chef!! Oh and Kudos for the adaption of the battery rotisserie ratted from the BBQ at home
