Hi, just wanted to let you know we had a 'win' with our mattress. It took a bit of time, several trips to Pagebrothers, video evidence and drawn up measurements, etc etc , but we now have an even mattress! yay!!

Thats great news! We currently are awaiting a reply from Jayco regarding our mattress...... Hopefully we get the same result as you! By the way, has anybody had the same problem with the mattress in the back? Or do we all sleep at the front and not care about the rear bed....

Hi Sp4rki, it was actually the rear bed we had the problem with.

We have now received notice from Jayco and they have agreed to replace our mattress. Apparently, the new model only has 2 zippers not 3.... They have decided not have the third skinny section against the window. So, hopefully I'll get a good nights sleep without doing the bed mod. Stay tuned.......
