Thetford now has a separation toilet, while its not a compost job it doesn't need water flushing, you have a wee bucket and a big Doggy Doo type bag, so a no splash solution but like the compost I can see local councils and parks getting a bit fired up when you drop you bag in their bins .................. If you have a C220C or a C260C they have an adapter kit for them ......

Of course they may have been around for awhile but Ive just come across them, on special at one of my favourite shops Outback Equipment...

Not a real bad idea if you spend a lot of time off grid where there are no Dump points...for the girls anyway...quite a few vanner's are using these composting toilets now, but personally I still cringe at the thought of number twos in the van loo...we have driven to a town nearby on occasion when "nature calls" to lose the "solids"...lol

Some camps weve been at nearest dunny could be 50 miles or more away and then some you don't want to get out of the car let alone walk near it so the onboard is the only option ..................... Not a drama if you maintain it all properly and after 4 kids numerous grandkids so a million or more nappies plus dismantling the plumbing for the heads onboard ship these little cans are less hassle than picking up Doggie Doo's............. now that can make me gag.... :censored:
